English Breakfast. Our larger leaf English Breakfast blend contains Assam, Ceylon and a hint of Darjeeling teas to give a rich malty tea, ideal to accompany fatty foods such as the traditional English breakfast fry-up. A great way to start the day and keep you sustained during the morning. 125 grams

Good Afternoon. Our Afternoon blend - Chinese and Indian teas blended to give a light, fragrant liquor with a little smokiness. Once you have tried it you will not drink an average tea during the afternoon ever again! Can be drunk with or without milk. 125 grams

Earl Grey. Our Earl Grey is a traditional large leaf blend of China Keemun and Indian Darjeeeling with oil of bergamot, an Italian citrus fruit. It is a well balanced tea, having the right proportion of bergamot oil giving a refreshing but not overpowering taste. 125 grams

China Keemun. Keemun is grown in Anhui Province and is a 'gongfu' tea requiring disciplined skill to produce thin tight strips. It produces a rich liquor with a slightly scented flavour and delicate aroma. Keemun is the most famous of China's black teas and, due to its subtle and complex nature, it is considered the "burgundy of teas". 125 grams

Assam Second Flush Bukhail. Our wonderful second flush is usually picked in May, having a golden tip and a distinctly rich malty taste - as you would expect from a really good Assam. 125 grams

Ceylon Dimbula. Dimbula is produced in the south-western corner of Sri Lanka's central mountains. It is noted for its body and strength and a robust aroma. 125 grams

Nilgiri Thaishola. A wonderful, large leaf Nilgiri that is not easily found. The leaf has a reddy hue. The liquor is classically light and can be drunk without milk. 125 grams

China Yunnan. This acclaimed black tea is produced from thick buds and soft leaves to yield a lovely, robust tasting tea with a heady aroma. Grown in North West China near the Vietnamese border.Try with a dash of milk. 125 grams

Keemun Peony. This extra quality Keemun has a neat pine-needle leaf and produces a subtly rich liquor with a toasty character and delicate aroma. A truly delicate tea that can be enjoyed any afternoon or evening. 125 grams

Oolong Poppy. Finest Oolongs have a large leaf and produce a delicate, light liquor with a very slight after-taste reminiscent of peaches and a refreshing, very refined fruity aroma. 125 grams

Darjeeling Castleton. Produced in the famous Castleton Estate, this Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe grade Darjeeling has superb quality. A golden bright liquor with a pungent flowery sweet bouquet, it is well rounded with a characteristic muscatel aroma. In 1996 the Castleton Estate became the first Indian tea garden to be awarded the ISO 9002 certificate of quality. 125 grams

Lapsang Souchong Falcon. Lapsang Souchong - a speciality of Fujian Province, is smoked over a pinewood fire to give a rather tarry and deeply aromatic flavour. Drink without milk and not too strong. 125 grams

Russian Caravan. This historic tea is made from a traditional blend of large leaf Chinese black and oolong teas. It has a distinctive compexity and tea was originally traded in the 15th and 16th centuries, carried by camel via the Russian steppes, along the Silk Road to Moscow. 125 grams

Sencha Fukujyu. Sencha Fukujyu is one of Japan's most popular teas. It has a mild flavour and is rich in vitamin C. The mature tea leaves are steamed, rolled and then fired until they become like green needles. The tea is a mixture of subtle sweetness, bitterness and fresh green scent. 125 grams

Ceylon Dimbula Inverness. This excellent Dimbula is a well made tea that is both bright and brisk with a good body. 125 grams

Darjeeling Soom 1st Flush. Soom has a greenish leaf and is acknowleged for its roundness and delicate muscatel character. This 1st Flush is the very best from this famous garden. A very satisfying cup for lovers of a good Darjeeling. The garden is at an altitude of about 5200 ft on very steep ground bounded by three streams - which gives rise to its name. 125 grams

Keemun Mao Feng. This 'burgundy of teas' has a natural orchid character and depth. Its long wiry leaf is a wonderful example of the art of China tea making. 125 grams
