This small leaf OP grade Dimbula is produced in the south-western corner of Sri Lanka's central mountains. Dimbula is noted for its body, strength and a robust aroma. Edinburgh has a full, round flavour yet a light liquor.

Prominent black tea flavour. I would not say that this tea is as complex as some other Ceylon teas that can be found on this website. But when one needs a tea that gives a recognisable black tea taste, this will do better than others, in my opinion. -

Great afternoon tea the Dimbula Edinburgh is for me better than the Inverness - a great tea but one that requires boiling water and just the right brew time - I brew for 5 minutes and prefer light touch milk and even lighter sugar - easy to overstew but practice makes perfect.
