A medium bodied, mellow and floral Nuwara Eliya, grown in the highest parts of Sri Lanka's central highlands. The leaf has a lovely aromatic, tobacco - like aroma. In the cup the tea is deep bronze and has a most appealing elegance and lack of tannins. Brew for three minutes.

Very well rounded, though not typical ceylon tea. It tastes noticably different from other Ceylon teas that you can find on this website. And it is nothing like the "Ceylon" flavour of the teas that can be found in supermarkets. Still, I like the balance in the delicate taste of this tea very much. Somehow this tea has everything right about it. -
My favourite tea We bought Ceylon teas years ago when we had access to a speciality tea store which has since closed. So I was delighted to find this tea again, through internet shopping, and to find that it is just as good as I remember. It is bright and has a lovely flavour. -
An interesting tea with a hint of sweetness Another one to try later in the day when you need a lift. It's quite distinctive with a light sweet taste to the brew. Don't over brew it to keep the subtle flavours from being masked by the tannins. Nice colour and goes with milk and a ginger biscuit just right. Paul Phillips - LONDON
