Osmanthus tea is made in a similar way to jasmine tea: the tea is picked from mature tea plants and layered for a period with small, sweet-smelling and peach-like Osmanthus flowers. This produces a traditionally fragrant and delicate tea. Brew for three minutes. Gorgeous.
