Beautifully rolled into 5mm balls these exquisite pearls of almost-green tea (it is oxidised 10%) from Fujian Province are repeatedly layered with fresh jasmine flowers which are later removed to produce a sublimely smooth and delicate evening tea with a heady aroma. Being tightly rolled the tea retains its scent well. It is a tea that is entirely captivating.
