Originating from high on Formosa's (Taiwan's) Dong Ding (Tung Ting) mountain this Oolong is a favourite of those who enjoy a fine Gongfu tea. It has a large chunky appearance. The liquor is satisfyingly light with a discernable peach-like note. As one reviewer has stated "very smooth with a wonderful aroma and classic oolong flavour". This is one of the most famous oolong teas.
