Sakura is a large leaf third flush picking that has developed a deep nectar-like fragrance with a well rounded muscatel character. In the cup it appears a deep reddy bronze. However it has a younger, fresher flavour than a Darjeeeling. This is due to the youth of the tea bushes which were planted later than in Darjeeling. Brew for four minutes. Drink without milk.

Reminds me of chocolate It tells us above to 'drink without milk', but I think it is perfectly good with milk as well, if brewed strong. For some reason, the flavour reminds me of chocolate. SS - Japan
A good "every day" tea Quite strong for my tastes, but I like it with milk and sugar for a comforting drink. Reminds me of drinking "milk tea" whilst trekking in the Himalaya, and is the most similar I've been able to make so far! -
