Pu-Erh is a unique tea from China's Yunnan Province. It is a semi-fermented tea, like an oolong, but fermented twice then compressed and aged to give a very distinctive, smooth, earthy, mushroomy palate and aroma with a colour in the cup as deep as molasses. Generally bought for its medicinal qualities Pu-Erh is considered excellent for the digestive system, indigestion, diarrhoea and for treating high cholesterol levels.

Full-bodied Unique Flavour I drink it All the Time Never heard of Pu Erh 'til I saw it on Greys website. I like tea that looks & tastes strong & drink cup after cup usually with milk. Dark Red Brown Colour with Musty Taste Interesting but not unpleasent musty taste - it tastes like the smell of mushrooms, smouldering logs on a fire, smoked kipper. I like it as it is. My wife likes it well diluted. clive - cheltenham
