'Heavenly Blue Summit' is an excellent organic green tea from China's Zhejiang Province. It is grown high in the mists of the picturesque Tian Mu mountain where the tea is picked for only two weeks each spring. Delicately twisted its long, fine green leaves produce a rich aroma and a light, sweetish and smooth taste which is not bitter. The cup is pale gold. Use boiled water that has cooled a little.

First time experience This is a wonderfully smooth, non-bitter tea with good aroma - to be enjoyed to the end. Delighted that it is organic as well. Jane - Isle of Man
An exquisite mellow and smooth flavour. It has a very rich aroma which enhances the flavour. The taste is not bitter but it is sharp and crisp. The colour of the tea is pale gold and does not appear to darken with steeping. This tea is very special and only picked during two weeks each spring. An exquisite tea of the highest quality and a personal favourite, highly recommended. Simon Parton - Worcester
Tian Mu Quing Ding is light, summery It has a hint of delicate sweetness. Tian Mu Quing is highly prized, due to the fact that it is only picked for two weeks every year. This means that each cup is very, very special and should be savoured. Wuthering Alice -
