| Delivery Schedule We aim to process orders within a maximum of five working days of receiving your order. Delivery times will depend upon destination and whether First or Second Class postage or next day courier service is chosen, if for delivery within the UK. |
| Back Orders In the unlikely event that one of your items is not in stock, there will be a delay of a few days until new stocks arrive. In such circumstances you may be e-mailed with the option to cancel or change your order should you rather not wait. |

| Guarantee Should you not be happy with your purchase we will be happy to reimburse your money upon receipt of the returned products. This applies for a period of seven full working days from receipt of your order. Your money and postage costs will then be repaid within 30 days of cancellation. This offer also applies in the unlikely event of wrong despatch. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
