Enter the section that interests you most - black, green, oolong, white, flavoured, tisanes or classic tea blends.3. If you know what you want use the 'Browse the Store' using the panel to the left or 'Search' using the box above right - and type in the tea you want. If not, click on the 'Tea Store' link in yellow above, on the main navigation bar and follow the links to the sections that interest you.4. If you want more general guidance on tea look at the page links in the navigation bar above. At the foot of each catalogue page is a section entitled 'A Little About....' This gives helpful background information about the teas on that page that may assist in choosing which teas to buy.5. Tea samples may be purchased here.6. Our simply structured tea catalogue enables you to find the best teas for you. 2. Confirm that you want one packet, or change to the number you want. Teas may be ordered in either 125 gram or 250 gram quantities. Continue to add whichever choices of tea you would like. As an alternative to having your teas packed in soft packets you may choose to have your teas packed in tins. These are silver coloured square tin caddies with hinged lids.3. Orders over £25 are delivered FREE within the UK. Orders to this value are charged postage and packing. We despatch to overseas destinations at an equivalent reduced rate.Shipments of over twelve 125 gram packets of tea will be sent by courier to UK destinations for next day delivery without charge.4. Card transactions are processed securely by WorldPay.5. Should you wish to send your card details by post please select this option from the drop-down options on the payment page during the ordering process. Please then post a cheque or send your credit or debit card details. We would then process your transaction manually.6. Please print your order confirmation which appears at the end of the ordering process. Press 'Done' when complete and you have finished viewing it. This will trigger an automated order confirmation email to be sent to you from us.7. You will receive a separate transaction confirmation email from WorldPay. | On receipt of your tea order1. We will send you a receipt of your order. WorldPay will send you an e-mail confirming your transaction. 2. We will despatch to you within five working days.3. Your is packed in individually chosen packets of tea, packaged in red, triple laminated bags - cellophane, foil and paper - with full colour labels as shown. They are resealable to ensure continued freshness. 2. Should you wish, we will send you our free guide to our tea. 3. No junk e-mails. We will only send you future news from Grey's Teas if you state that you wish to receive it.4. We state a 'best before' date one year from date of despatch. Black teas will not deteriorate for a considerable period after this. Green teas are more perishable and should be consumed by the date given for them to be enjoyed at their best.
