Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling. Orders over £20 are delived FREE within the UK. Orders to this value are charged £5 postage. For delivery by First Class post within the UK and for destinations overseas the delivery charge supplements for four packets of tea are as shown at the checkout.
Delivery Schedule We aim to process orders within a maximum of five working days of receiving your order. Delivery times will depend upon destination and whether First or Second Class postage is chosen, if for delivery within the UK.
Back Orders In the unlikely event that one of your items is not in stock, there will be a delay of a few days until new stocks arrive. In such circumstances you will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel or change your order should you rather not wait.
Tax Charges Our teas are zero rated for UK Value Added Tax (VAT).
Credit Card Security Credit and debit card details are securely processed by Worldpay, part the Royal Bank of Scotland, one of the UK's largest banks. Richard Grey at Grey's Teas is responsible for security issues on this site.
Guarantee Should you not be happy with your purchase we will be happy to reimburse your money upon receipt of the returned products. This applies for a period of seven full working days from receipt of your order. Your money and postage costs will then be repaid within 30 days of cancellation. This offer also applies in the unlikely event of wrong despatch. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
